Where to find a charger for a Panasonic Lumix DMC F1? - panasonic battery charger

I have my charger / adapter and the need for a new one. The manual was developed specifically for this camera, do not use any other. Then I went to Best Buy and there was a universal, that had various brands, including Panasonic. But do not take the recommended charger. Can I safely use a universal charger?
My battery is a Panasonic DMW-BCA7 3.6V 680mAh. If I DMC-F1 battery charger 929a is used, where can I buy?
