How much more effective are exercises on the swiss/exercise balls then just regular exercises on the floor? - exercise and gym flooring
I've heard they are about 65% - 408% effective. Give examples of best practices (please: D). But I've also heard that some fitness experts say that 70% of Swiss ball exercises are worthless. Can you give me some examples of these exercises are useless?
My first time on an exercise ball in the gym yesterday. I will crack it and immediately felt heartburn after 2 cracks. While normal crunches are better, of course, as I have at least 20 on the ground to feel the effects, and are far less intense than what little I have done in the ball.
PS. They are simply fun, also be used, I will buy for myself and my mother today: D
